With Public Works projects making up a large amount of the construction currently being conducted in the Bay area, Northern California Fire Protection Compliance Group welcomes the opportunity to serve contractors and government agencies by making sure that all federal and state level regulations are being properly observed. Projects that fall under our domain include the following: housing construction, green rehabilitation, Prop 84 water bond projects, community redevelopment, school construction, and infrastructure improvement in Public Works. In addition to working in oversight and investigative roles, we also offer clients consultation services to ensure they are up to date with all important regulations.

We are also tasked with making sure that all employees of Public Works projects are being paid the correct prevailing wage and receiving the fringe benefits that they are entitled to. With a set ratio being defined by the DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) for the use of State-Registered Apprentices, we also verify that employers are maintaining the proper ratio of employees used for the Public Works projects. We are approved by the DIR for all of the services we provide.
